This "4 Season Cottage" is a spacious, newly renovated, 1900 square foot cottage and is ideal for 1 or 2 families to unwind in comfort. 3 of the 4 large bedrooms have a view to the lake. The cottage is ideally located on a beautiful 1 acre level lot with a dock and a hard sand beach for swimming and sunbathing; volleyball court, also plenty of room for badminton and other lawn games.

The screened Muskoka room has a lovely southeast view to the lake and houses an attractive hot tub for 4 (June until October). A large solarium is separate from the TV & stereo room, and is perfect for games, quiet conversation, reading, etc..

Butterfly Lake is excellent for canoes, paddle boats, water skiing and swimming

5 minutes to unlimited boating & fishing on Lake Joseph, Lake Rosseau, and Lake Muskoka. Bring your boat or rent one in the area. Nearby access for public launch into these lakes.

Many beautiful golf courses within 20 minutes, including Rocky Crest, The Rock, Diamond in the Ruff, Beaver Run, Kirrie Glen, Muskoka Highlands, Sands, and Windermere.

Thanksgiving weekend, Bala Cranberry Festival in October, Cavalcade of Colours are special treats for area visiters during the Fall season.

"Winter in Muskoka" means snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country and Alpine skiing, tobogganing, or just enjoying the winter wonderland.
